When you send the form we record the time, the page address and your IP address as a record of your request and of any text message consent you gave.

Information from clients. When we provide services to a client, the client may give us business and customer information so we can run campaigns and follow-up on their behalf. We handle that information under our agreement with the client.

  • To respond to your request and schedule, confirm and remind you of appointments.
  • To provide, maintain and improve our services and the Site.
  • To send appointment confirmation and reminder text messages, if you opted in to receive them.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you check the text message box on our form, you consent to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from Story First Studios at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or text messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.   • Service providers. Companies that host the Site, run our customer relationship and scheduling software, and deliver our email and text messages. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Story First Studios, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers. If Story First Studios is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
